The flexibility of our operation in the UK allows us to serve clients with a wide range of requirements. iSON Moulding have a 40 to 300 tonne moulding capability and all machines are fitted with core pulling functions. Our polymer processing skills start with the basic plastics like ABS through to the likes of PPS and beyond. Prior to final tooling stages we offer pre-production runs to ensure we meet our customers’ requirements. Our in-house insert moulding and over moulding capabilities are complemented by our sonic and ultrasonic welding services. We also offer full post-moulding services.
