iSON Moulding Ltd has been providing plastic injection moulded components into the Automotive industry for over 15 years, establishing itself as a key supplier to some of the world’s best known car manufacturers.

By supporting the supply chain and working alongside R&D departments, our technical expertise and experience enables us to repeatedly deliver precision parts that meet the quality requirements expected by today’s automotive industry.

We are often called upon to support tooling services in the early stages of trialling from T0 through to sign off. By working with the toolmakers, as well as the car manufacturers, we help them to evolve the component from development to production. This process might involve material trials, as well as modification advise and finishes, to enable the part to become production capable.

We also explore the production capabilities of the part making sure the best cycle times are achieved without any impact on quality. Our experience covers many different areas of the vehicle, from engine components to interior trim, dashboard, seating, seat belt parts as well as exterior lighting.
